Care of Juice
Please check the contents of your order as soon as possible. If your order is incorrect CONTACT US immediately so we can arrange for a redelivery of the proper order.
Ensure proper storage of the juice.
Our products are highly perishable in nature and have a limited shelf life if not stored appropriately.
Our high pressure processed juice is always kept cold; all the way through production until it is delivered. When the shipment arrives, it needs to be transferred immediately to a refrigerator. Refer to the imprinted expiration date.
Our raw juice will arrive frozen and should be stored in this manner until you are ready to consume it. Once thawed, it may be kept refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Delivery times are promised, but not guaranteed.
Our carriers do their best to ensure delivery within 1-2 business days once the package is picked up from our facility. Please be prepared to receive your shipment to ensure proper care of the juice.
All sales are final 24 hours after your order has been delivered.
If your order is delivered within the promised timeframe, the sale is final the following day.

Refunds & Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage or loss as a result of a shipment being returned due to it being undeliverable, or for the inability of a recipient to receive a package in the specified delivery time frame. While we ship all packages with no signature required, it is at the discretion of the carrier driver to leave the package at the door without a signature. We cannot issue refunds for product that is improperly cared for or beyond its expiration date.
No refunds will be issued for a negative cleanse experience. Everyone is different and will have a different reaction to juice cleansing. Factors such as diet, activity level, caffeine or sugar intake, and cleanse preparation are just a few of the many factors that will determine your experience while drinking our juices.
We do not guarantee weight loss, health improvement, or any other change after cleansing. You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, supplementation or medication program.
